DEBRA L. SAMUELS has been practicing law since 1989. She is the principal of Samuels Law P.C. in Sacramento, CA, where she focuses her practice in the area of residential real estate broker defense. Debra has significant experience with issues involving the principal-agent relationship, fiduciary issues, disclosure issues, and risk management issues. She routinely represents real estate agents and brokers in all phases from the beginning of the transaction to the courtroom and beyond.
Debra has presented seminars and lectured extensively on these and other issues affecting the real estate industry. She is also a consultant to the California Association of Realtors and is on their attorney referral list.
